  • 01 Only register on this platform and not elsewhere.
  • 02 All registrations are made within a minimum period of 72 hours, below which no other remedy will be allowed.
  • 03 After you have registered, remember your registration number.
  • 04 Go to the screening center indicated in the message received where you will be sampled depending on the order of arrival.
  • 05 Do not accept any bargaining or arrangement with any staff of the said center.
  • 06 Go home and wait for your test result which should be available in a period of 24 to 36 hours and that you can consult directly on this platform.
  • 07 Do not accept any phone calls or proposals for rendering results outside of this method.
  • 08 The Littoral Regional Public Health Delegation fully withdraws from any sort of arrangement labeled as illegal.
  • 09 Any form of facilitation in the context of results reporting outside this platform is illegal and makes you liable to corruption
  • 10 The one and only recourse is to send a whatsapp message to the number (+237 677 07 44 22) and on our FaceBook and Twitter pages.
  • 11 Once your registration has been validated, you will be unable to modify it and / or make another one until the indicated withdrawal date and the validated result. If you want to make changes to your registration, please contact technical assistance by message on 677 07 44 22.
  • 12 In the event of a positive result, you will be unable to perform a new registration before a deadline of 14 days (corresponding to the deadline for your in charge by the competent Health District) after the online publication of said result. As soon as this result is withdrawn, you will therefore be asked to get closer from your collection center for your support.
  • 13 Only users registered in the platform will be available at the airport and only the results generated by said platform will be accepted and read by the system QR scan available at the airport.
  • 14 Outgoing travelers must be subject to double check; A pre-tcheking at ADC level and another with the airline concerned.

Anyone wishing to travel internationally must imperatively within a minimum period of 72 hours from the date of check-in online on this platform. Once on the home page of the site, please click on the tab Home , a drop-down menu will appear and you then click on test / traveler request . Following this, you will have access to the form of direct debit request which must be completed in full with reliable and verifiable information so that your test request is taken into account. At the end of your registration, a page containing the information duly completed, as well as your registration number , date and place your exact appointment will be displayed. It will therefore be a question for you remember your registration number which will be used in the future for viewing your recording file and removing your results .

To request a test, Click on your choice

Once your test request has been made and validated by the system, you can consult the details of your recording. In fact, you will only have to click on the tab Home . A drop-down menu will appear and you will then need to click on Info request . Following this, you will have access to a page in which you just need to fill in the registration number obtained during your registration , and after validation all information about your debit will be displayed to you.

Once your direct debit has been made, it is possible for you to 24 to 36 hours after your test, to have access to your result online. For that, you just have to hard click the Home tab , a drop-down menu will appear and you will then have to click on Test result . Following this, you will have access to a page in which you just need to fill in the registration number obtained during your registration , and after validation, you will have immediate access to your test result so that you can if necessary print out and present at your check-in for the departure at the airport.
